Saint Francis to Facilitate Community Health Needs Assessment

Saint Francis Healthcare System will facilitate a community health needs assessment and request the input of community members from surrounding areas.

A community health needs assessment is conducted every three years by Saint Francis as an Affordable Care Act requirement of nonprofit hospitals. The survey seeks the perspectives of community members from Butler, Cape Girardeau, Scott and Stoddard Counties to formulate programs and strategies to help make the region healthier.

Part of the community health needs assessment is available in the form of a ten-minute survey, which will allow residents of the region to provide their perspectives and opinions regarding the health needs of the communities and counties they call home. Survey participants that complete the survey may opt to be entered into a drawing for various prizes.
