Young Accepts Manager – Clinical Analytics and Informatics Role

Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce Lance Young, MBA, has accepted the position of Manager – Clinical Analytics and Informatics within the Information Technology department, effective January 2022.

Young received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Southeast Missouri State University followed by his Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. In his time at Saint Francis, Young has served as Business Intelligence Developer and Data Modeler.

As Manager – Clinical Analytics and Informatics, Young will be responsible for leading major projects, departmental process upgrades and enhancements, management of data systems, interfaces and reporting processes while ensuring data integrity, validity, security, efficiency and accessibility.
