An office visit after an episode a few weeks back where I ended up in ER with a racing heart and pain down my arm.

Dr. Nguyen took time to address all my cardiology concerns plus things my primary care provider wouldn’t address. He listened intently and I feel confident in his abilities as an excellent provider. His staff was very attentive, polite and thorough.

Dr. Nguyen was very nice and down to earth. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all of my questions.

The nurses and workers are very respectful,and willing to answer any question you have

Had to wait from 2:45 until a 5:05pm exit for a routine visit. Dr Nguyen is a huge plus for the St Francis Staff and an outstanding Doctor, but the staff at the heart hosp could care less about how much time a patient has to spend for their visit. "We care about people" is a catchy little phrase St Francis uses to advertise. Maybe St Francis should let the staff at the heart hosp know. When I left the lights were all turned out in the lobby and waiting areas with no staff seen anywhere!! How rude and unprofessional.

He is very caring about his patients entire body & life. Complete & conscientious in all he does. I trust no one else with my heart! He’s very personable & funny to.
