A great gym! Nice pool area, with a 4 lane lap pool, a good size recreation pool, and a large hot tub. They also have large changing areas with showers, blow dryers, and has a dry sauna and a steam room. They have a spacious work out area and a nice walking/running track. Everything is clean and in good working order.

Duplicate machines for body parts let's multiple people use. Quality machines. Plenty of different types of cardio machines. Nice walking/running track. Nice environment.

Great people. All the help you need, or if you like did activities, do your own routines. Waterbabies welcome, also. 3 pools , 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, and a whirlpool.
